"Ughh, fuck this day..." Connie muttered as she finally stepped inside her house after a long day at work. 

Taking off her jewelry by the door, she first kicked off her high-heeled shoes. She breathed a sigh of relief as her aching feet touched the cold floor, free of their elevated prisons for the day.

She took a seat on the toilet and let her stream flow, another major relief after her bladder filled up sitting in rush-hour traffic for nearly an hour. Today, however, she was thrown a curveball. "You've been a great fit in the program and we have a new Director position opening up soon that we think you'd be perfect for," her boss began to her delight. "However, we'd like for you to remain a woman, at least for a while longer. We're thinking...maybe 10 years? It would be great to have a powerful, confident woman in that position but it wouldn't work to have you switch back so soon...take a day and think it over..."

As Connie sat in a warm bath, glass of wine in hand, she mulled over the offer. Ten years would take her into her forties...if she wanted to start a family, she would have to do so as a woman. Maybe she could find a nice lesbian wife to take care of her... And the daily stresses like the clothes and bodily functions would remain...at least she could maybe, finally get used to them...
