"I've paid your firm millions over the years! You find a way to fix this and get me my body and money back!" Steven firmly commanded to his lawyers on the phone, while making sure to keep his voice down to not wake his "parents".
"Look, I'm sorry, but there is literally no precedent for this situation," the lawyer replied. "Even if you are Steven Mannheim...and you've told us plenty to believe that you are...there is no way to prove it. And a "body hopper"? This..."secret government agency" you mention that covers them up apparently does a damn good job. As far as...anyone else is concerned, you are Marissa Colbert, 18 year old high school senior."
"Listen right god damn here! I will not accept this! I keep you on a seven-figure retainer! Figure this out and fix me!" Steven growled into the phone, still keeping a low volume. "I'm sitting here, in a teenager's bedroom, in a teenage girl's body...I feel like my uterus is full of molten lead...while this 'body hopper' is off doing who knows what in mine! I'm as angry as I've ever been about anything...FIX ME!" He then heard a mumble in the background on the phone that sounded just like the PIB agent who spoke to him after he got "hopped". "They're there...aren't they...they got to you..."
"Ms. Colbert, this is Agent Williams," the agent spoke up on the phone. "Contact with anyone from your previous life is a violation of the terms of our arrangement. Make no further efforts to contact this law firm or anyone else. If you think the situation is bad now, just wait until the agency takes you into custody. Goodbye."
Steven looked down in a rage at the phone, showing that the call had been ended. He squeezed it and grimaced...then flopped to the side and broke down crying. Even all of his rage couldn't overcome the powerful feminine hormones tearing up his body.
After a good cry of several minutes, he pulled himself together and sat up on the edge of the bed, looking at the reflection of his new body in red sleep lingerie. He lost everything...but he was young again, albeit a woman. If he was the business genius he believed himself to be, he should be able to build it all up over again, even as a woman...
...right?
