Trey decided to keep the female body and became Lauren Smith, her stage name became "Lucious". Once her male body died as she watched in horror, Vinnie told her that the woman wasn't a victim. It turns out the blonde woman that Vinnie had switched Trey into was kidnapped from a nursing home where she had been for months following an auto accident leaving her in a permanent vegetative state. She was brain dead and had no family. The state couldn't turn off life support without a family member to approve that which was why they had been keeping her body alive.
"i'm not a complete monster Trey, you betrayed me, I paid you good money to keep my books and my secrets. I would have helped you if you had come to me but you rolled over in an instant. That poor woman did no one any harm, if anything, I may have given her peace. You, on the other hand won't know peace for some time, quite some time." Vinnie told the boys to take Lauren to the club and not to touch her, she was traumatized enough for one day.
Lauren began stripping in a club Vinnie owned and Vinnie would visit at least once a week to watch her and laugh at the former man stripping for dollar bills. she usually made enough to buy dinner and pay for the cheap motel she was living in.
Soon, Vinnie started taking Lauren into the VIP room for blow jobs and sex. Lauren became very compliant and submissive, she found out that sex as a woman was incredibly intense and very rewarding once she got use to the idea. She thought if she made Vinnie happy enough, he would want her to be his special girl, exclusive to him and not have to put up with the slimey husbands cheating on their wives and the college frat boys who liked to spank her while pounding her, something she did not enjoy.
So she not only did what Vinnie demanded, she would improvise and suggest things she knew men liked. She soon became his favorite girl and Vinnie took her off the stage to do the books for the club and service just him whenever he came by, which became more and more frequent. They began dating and then Vinnie had her move in with him.
A couple of years past and they got married. Lauren became Vinnie's trophy wife and then the mother of his children. Vinnie assumed that Trey was gone forever, that he had changed the man into the perfect wife and mother.
He was almost right. Lauren had always planned to get her revenge on Vinnie and eventually she did.
As time passed, she found herself growing more and more attracted to Vinnie. In fact, he was nicer to her than any woman had ever been to Trey in his life. Sure, at first, Vinnie would tease the new girl and berate her for giving up her manhood but that soon stopped when he realized he liked the new woman.
When Vinnie proposed and gave her the huge diamond ring, Lauren had an epiphany. As Trey, he would have been constantly looking over his shoulder worrying that Vinnie would find and kill him or worse, chop him up and leave him alive.
Now as Mrs. Vincent Malone, she would be rich, comfortable and happier than she had ever been as Trey.
That was when Lauren recalled something Trey had heard years earlier. "The best revenge is living well"
When her first child was born and she held the baby boy in her arms as he fed from her breast for the first time, Lauren knew she had truly gotten the best revenge on Vinnie.
