"Um, hi Dr. Cress," Lacy said from the doorway to the exam room. Dr. Cress took a moment to look up at her, clearly distracted by whatever he was thinking about. "I didn't...see anyone else, so I just, let myself in."

"Ah, Lacy, yes, quite alright," Dr. Cress steeled himself into professionalism and motioned for Lacy to come have a seat. "As I...mentioned on the phone, the glue used in your new crown from last week is...defective. I'm going to replace it at...no cost...and this was the only time I could...get you back in. I can...handle it myself so I...let my staff go for the evening..."

"Oh, ok," Lacy said, a little hesitant, but trusting, as she sat down in the chair. "So what would have happened with the crown if I didnt..." Before she could finish, she felt as sharp prick in her neck. "Mmm! MMPH!" she shouted into Dr. Cress's hand as he injected a sedative.  

"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry..." Dr. Cress said in a pained tone, holding back tears of his own as he kept her pinned down. Soon, she got weak...then limp...then was out altogether. Dr. Cress just stared at her for a moment, trembling, then jumped up to go alert the "collection crew".

A moment later, three men in dark clothing entered. Two entered the room and quickly carried Lacy out to their van. The third stood with Dr. Cress for a moment. "She's a solid get. We'll abandon her car a few blocks up and scatter her belongings. Won't be traced back to you." Dr. Cress, still trembling but trying to hide it, simply nodded. "Three, maybe four more, depending on 'quality', and we'll call our arrangement even. But I do have to say, you're well-positioned to make this a paying gig after. Maybe move to an office in a rougher neighborhood. Hell, you could even paint that as charitable. Makes the cover up easier..." Dr. Cress just nodded again. The man put his hand on Dr. Cress's shoulder and nodded back.

 Once they left, Dr. Cress broke down...his gambling debt just cost a poor young woman her body...

(One Month Later)

 "Fuck! This is so god damn hot..." 'Lacy' muttered as she kissed her boyfriend, Steve. She was working her clit while he was feeling up her breasts. 

"This is a good body, I'm liking this," Steve broke away to say quickly.

"It's fine, I guess," 'Lacy' replied, pausing for a moment. "A good starter body, but I want to go a little younger...bigger tits...younger, you know?"

"Whatever you want babe!" Steve assured her with a smile. "I'll make the call to my guy..."

"Well hang on, this pussy is fucking amazing, so I definitely want to keep it," 'Lacy' added. "Way, way, way better than that old cock ever was..."

"Gotcha, well, we'll 'part' out your new additions then. My guy has been working with this dentist across town, gets us primo new inventory. I'll tell him to have his dentist be on the looking for young blondes...and maybe, double d?"

"Triple. I don't want to keep doing this, it's risky. Let's just go all the way right now," 'Lacy'  corrected.

"Triple for my babe," Steve replied with a smirk. 'Lacy' pulled him in close to resume making out...and then quickly transitioned to fucking...

Meanwhile, the real Lacy was in a "spare parts" body, wishing the nightmare would end...

Kara looked up from emptying the dishwasher as her husband, Phil, walked into their home. "Hey babe, how was it?"

"Chaos...absolutely fucking chaos..." Phil groaned. "Three days later and we still don't know why we all swapped bodies, but tons of people are hurt...car accidents, plane crashes, looting, violence..." He trailed off as he opened the fridge and grabbed a beer. "18 hour shift in the ER, in the neighbor lady's body...got called 'nurse' probably two dozen times today...there have been women doctors for years!" He opened the beer and took a swig...only to grimace at how bitter it was to his new taste buds.

"Here, try this," Kara started, thinking quickly. She grabbed one of her wine coolers from the fridge and handed him that instead.

"There are a LOT of reasons they better figure this out, but this is definitely one..." he complained as he exchanged the beer for the wine cooler.

"Oh, I saw that the Chinese place across the street opened back up today. Want me to run over and get something for dinner?" Kara offered. "Should be safe now...and also, I'm like a 6'3 guy now..."

"Yeah, sure," Phil replied. "But I'm going to go jump in the shower...thought maybe you'd want to join there first?"

"Oh really?" an intrigued Kara asked. "You don't still think it's weird?"

"Oh it's definitely fucking weird," Phil answered. "But I've heard it can be a pretty good stress reliever and, who knows, maybe they'll fix this and we won't be in these bodies anymore...I'd had to miss out trying it once..." As he trailed off, he removed his scrub top revealing the bra he wore all day.

"Wow, you are serious! Well...I guess dinner can wait..." Kara replied, rushing to follow him to the bathroom, erection visible through her borrowed pants...

 As they were enjoying some "stress relief" in the bathroom, the "emergency broadcast" message that had been on the TV since this began finally lifted. A message from the office of the president began to play, declaring this "Great Shift" to be irreversible...
