The premise would be that a math tutor, Clay, in his 20s gets hired by a wealthy family to tutor their son. However, the son is so lazy that he fails regardless and has to repeat the school year, and is punished with undergoing Good Gurls Rehab. What the tutor didn't realize is that the son's wealthy parents pulled some strings to try to incentivize better performance from the tutor, namely they bribed the school to force the tutor to undergo Good Gurls Rehab, too. So now the tutor has to spend a year as a female tutor, tutoring the female version of her pupil, if she ever wants to turn back. The main character, Clay, should have blonde hair and blue eyes. Excited to see how this turns out if you're able to get to it!

If you're want a more standard option:
Christian fantasizes about being a girl for years, specifically a girl who is kept in strict chastity. I'd like to see a minor shift F4M story where a woman (could be a nurse or a "massage therapist" or both) swaps bodies with her younger brother who's a college student doing a psychology major. She and her brother live away from each other so direct in person communication isn't too common. Her brother is pretty average all things considered and she's very respectful of his body at first. Then she starts working out and trying to pass his classes to not mess things up for him. Eventually she ends up dating multiple of his schoolmates at once all behind their back. She uses the excuse of "just trying to maintain his social status" but she actually likes attention from other women. Eventually her girlfriends find out but they're actually into it and they get into a polyamorous relationship or a harem or maybe it's just a one time thing, you can decide. But basically it ends way better than the sister could have possibly imagined. The actual image for the caption would be the girlfriends, already partially naked or at least wearing something non-modest. Ideally I'd also not want the image to show any of the male body's presence and the image doesn't show explicit sex.
